Position Overview

Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Architecture this role youll lead and manage multiple restoration and rehabilitation projects across New York City. Youll work closely with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution from investigation through close-out.

What Youll Do

• Lead medium to large-scale architectural projects with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate all project phases including investigation budgeting documentation municipal filing construction administration project financials and close-out.
• Prepare and oversee technical documents including field reports cost estimates specifications and AutoCAD drawings.
• Conduct site inspections from ground level to suspended scaffolding (660 stories).
• Maintain client relationships and act as primary liaison for project communication and documentation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and NYC building codes.
• Troubleshoot project-specific issues and implement timely solutions.
• Stay current on NYC building codes and public review processes.

What Youll Bring

Required:

• 610 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical writing.
• Strong communication time management and collaboration skills.
• Experience with façade restoration historic preservation and forensic investigation.

Preferred:

• NYC scaffold certifications (4HR Supported and 16HR Suspended).
• FISP experience

Work Environment & Schedule

• This position is based in New York NY with an onsite schedule.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Travel requirements: Fieldwork expected 25%75% of the time.

• Salary range: $115000 $135000 based on knowledge skills and experience.
