Key Areas & Responsibilities
(Sales Force Effectiveness) Management
Collaborate with regional SFE teams to upgrade systems aligned with FISBE strategies.
Drive customer-focused data-driven segmentation and resource allocation.
Improve territory management through SFE metrics and key account profiling.
Conduct quarterly feedback surveys and share best practices.
Develop and implement training programs (foundation to advanced levels).
Design an onboarding program covering: Product/clinical solutions Internal processes & policies Selling skills negotiation account management CRM and sales tools
Facilitate role plays and certification for product knowledge and presentation.
Promote positive learning experiences and behavioural change.
Analyse training needs and develop new programs.
Utilize LMS e-learning platforms (e.g. Cornerstone SmartWinner).
Collaborate with marketing for new product launch training.
Collect feedback via satisfaction surveys.
Analytics
Oversee system/data administration and improve data processes.
Manage KPI dashboards for monthly sales reviews.
Develop analytics methodologies to support business reviews and decisions.
Support
Lead GM-assigned projects.
Handle ad-hoc tasks like team meeting coordination.
Experience:
Proven experience in commercial excellence SFE or training roles in medical or pharmaceutical industries
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and data tools. Experience in Dynamics 365 / Polaris will be preferred
Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
A commercially driven individual with strong prioritisation skills attention to detail and the patience to support and teach others.
Self-motivated passionate about continuous learning and proactive in taking initiative to drive improvement and collaboration.
