Job Description

Job Objective Essential functions & main objective of the job:

The job holder executes locally-driven field medical interactions (e.g. Scientific exchange Remote scientific exchange Medical education Advisory boards Expert input forums) across therapeutic areas in Taiwan and also manage global and regional medical activities/events in compliance with company overseas event and payment process. Key stakeholders include Therapeutic area Medical leads MSLs Legal and Compliance Finance & Procurement and External vendors.

Main Roles & Responsibilites

1. Business Leadership

Serve as the key professional contact interfacing with internal stakeholders scientific leaders

healthcare professionals and scientific/medical societies in support of medical education and

expert input programs.

Facilitates medical activities through diverse channel to ensure right communication on time

2. Technical Leadership

Participate in Country medical and scientific affairs planning and execution by designing enabling

and overseeing key programs in multiple therapeutic areas

Hold Subject Matter Expert in GMSA on policy processes and execution for GMSA owned

meetings such as expert input and medical education activities

Participate in regulatory inspections/internal audits as requested

Budget management and monthly accrual

Support Country to country(C2C) expert engagement process in compliance with IRPMA company

policy guidance and the Fair Market Value (FMV) for company overseas event.

3. Management and Execution

Organize and execute compliant Country GMSA-initiated programs scientifically robust in quality

Oversee vendors/agencies involved in the planning and execution of programs.

Execute contracting payments and close out of the program

Develop/maintain GMSA event relevant SOPs/ERs/Job aids as appropriate and conduct training for

GMSA relevant colleague.

Required Competencies/Qualifcations

Functional Knowledge :

o In-depth knowledge and understanding of key priorities

o Business financial and scientific acumen to understand and help inform Medical strategy and life

cycle management

o Ability to provide solutions that ensure compliant and scientifically robust meeting in quality

Skills :

o Advanced project management

o Effective communication

o Ability to work collaboratively in a business environment

o Strong leadership to facilitate moderate or lead planning discussions
