Role description:
- Helps to ensure stable and well-performing Oracle solutions that meet business demand.
Role accountabilities:
- Proactively engages with Key Business Users to receive feedback gauge satisfaction with system integrations and address issues or concerns. Collaborates with OTE Application & Extension Manager to gather requirements and prioritize data transformation projects. Collaborates with OTE Team to deliver efficient and well-run processes.
- Design and implement scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST/SOAP APIs file-based integrations and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Oracle Process Automation (OPA) leveraging reusable business rules and pre-built connectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define integration strategies and deliver robust solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot existing integrations ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement secure data exchange practices including encryption at rest and in transit.
- Document integration designs configurations and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
- Partnership with other Technical Towers Lanes and teams to achieve goals and exceed business expectations
- Partnership with Data Tower
- Oracle SOP and KBA development with OTE team
- Oracle service disruptions announcements and EU communications with OTE team
- Release Management with OEA teams and Tech CAB
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years experience developing cloud-based integrations at least 4 of which with Oracle Cloud integration services.
- Demonstrated experience successfully planning and implementing Cloud application services in a global company with a multi-national multi-vendor environment.
- Proven track record of achieving service excellence including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.
- Primary: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Oracle Process Automation (OPA) Integration protocols (REST SOAP sFTP) data formats (XML JSON) Git
- Secondary: Oracle Cloud ERP & Fusion Applications.
