Seeking Experienced Engineering Leaders for Long-Term Projects Cloud Architect - Remote in Mexico City

We are looking for a Lder de Ingeniera with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join a dynamic and innovative team within the technology sector. This role is critical to leading high-performance engineering teams driving the development and integration of cloud-based solutions and ensuring best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development cells (DevSecOps) ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Design build integrate and deploy systems and platforms fully in the cloud (Oracle Cloud preferred AWS GCP and Azure also considered).

• Manage the full lifecycle of products systems and platforms: design architecture development testing deployment and continuous improvement.

• Supervise and mentor teams of 1020 engineers fostering a high-performance culture.

• Implement AI capabilities in corporate environments and define secure policies for their adoption.

• Conduct code reviews audits and ensure compliance with standards architecture and security best practices.

• Coordinate agile ceremonies (PI Planning Sprint Planning Daily Demo Day).

• Manage project portfolios estimate and align development tasks with business priorities.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in programming languages: Java JavaScript PL/SQL SQL HTML CSS (Python desirable).

• Experience with frameworks: Angular React Spring Bootstrap.

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Databases and relational/non-relational DBs.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP APIs Webservices Microservices ESB ETLs.

• Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud preferred AWS GCP and Azure also considered).

• Knowledge of SCRUM Kanban SDLC/ALCM Waterfall.

• Hands-on experience with Dockers Kubernetes Virtual Machines.

• Exposure to BI/DW platforms (Oracle BI Power BI preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Systems Computer Engineering Mechatronics Cybernetics or related fields (Professional License required).

• Masters in IT or MBA (preferred).

• Certifications: SDLC or ALCM Cloud Architecture PMI Scrum/Kanban; ITIL desirable.

• 2 years of proven experience as an Engineering Lead or Development Lead.

• English: IntermediateAdvanced (B2C1).

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work from Mexico City

• Work hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00.

• Must be able to work independently and responsibly in a remote setup.
