Job Summary
SAP Finance Specialist
Were seeking a collaborative and expert SAP Finance Specialist with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance to join our Business & Technology Integration team. This role focuses on defining and delivering innovative business solutions within a large-scale finance transformation project. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities design value-driven solutions and ensure successful deployment across the organization. If you excel at leading complex SAP Finance initiatives and driving business transformation we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
Lead the development of innovative business solutions to create tangible business value.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze current processes customer needs and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Define business requirements structures and solutions to support large-scale initiatives.
Provide subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes.
Guide and support team members ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.
What Were Looking For
Experience:
7 years of professional experience in SAP-related projects.
5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Expert).
Proven experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
Familiarity with business case development stakeholder engagement and solution design.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
Experience in global projects or large-scale digital transformation programs.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
Skills: Strong leadership analytical thinking problem-solving communication adaptability and customer focus.
Languages: Advanced English.
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Engineering Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
