Job Summary
PC&L Sr Specialist
Objective
Ensure effective planning and scheduling for the operations and services area based on customer requirements and organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety in the shipping area through audits correcting unsafe conditions unsafe acts accidents etc.
- Ensure scoring in customer portals and compliance with customer-established standards.
- Ensure compliance with shipments to customers and internal shipments.
- Ensure correct documentation for customer and internal shipments.
- Reduce costs related to material movements.
- Plan at least 3 months ahead for the operations and services area.
- Ensure 3S in the shipping area.
- Ensure launch curves planning and packaging alternatives for new programs.
- Ensure product tracking and notify the organization in case of risks.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Chemical Administration Engineering or related fields.
- Skills: Organization and attention to detail Teamwork Active listening Communication Customer orientation Interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; APICS experience desired.
- Advanced English proficiency.
