The Team

Marketing Programmes are a core team within the Marketing Department developing and implementing the customer offers to excite inspire and motivate people to buy a Kia. The team have the autonomy to be creative with customer offers and the ability to have a significant impact on Kia UKs sales performance.

The Role

The Marketing Programmes Analyst will support the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering high-quality incentive programmes to promote Kia UKs retail sales. They will be a hub of knowledge reviewing all insights on retail and finance performance but also manage competitor analysis and the process of communicating offers via our quarterly Marketing Programmes Guides. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across the Marketing and Sales teams to understand and improve sales performance of Kia UK while also generating creative and informative marketing assets which will be used across Kia UKs dealer network.

About You

Highly numerate and displaying a strong attention to detail

Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

A natural self-starter with strong ability to work both within a team and under ones own initiative

Desirable Up to two years work experience in an analytical / numerical role

Desirable Experience of SAP / Excel / PowerPoint

Location/Travel

The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames just a 5-minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers including EV charging ports.
