We are establishing a new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function to strengthen the Groups approach to managing risks arising from suppliers service providers and other external partners. This new capability will be embedded across the Group and its subsidiaries ensuring consistent standards of due diligence monitoring and governance.
The TPRM function will play a critical role in protecting the organisation from financial operational compliance reputational and ESG risks. We are seeking talented individuals to help shape and deliver this capability.
Purpose of the role
The TPRM Analyst will support the rollout and operation of the Groups Third-Party Risk Management framework. The role will focus on conducting due diligence performing risk assessments and maintaining oversight of third-party relationships across the Group and its subsidiaries. The Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure risks are identified assessed and effectively managed.
Key responsibilities
- Execute key elements of the supplier onboarding process including conducting due diligence and risk assessments on new and existing third parties across the Group.
- Support the rollout and embedding of the TPRM framework across subsidiaries.
- Review and analyse supplier information certifications financial statements and responses to risk questionnaires.
- Maintain accurate records in the TPRM platform ensuring all due diligence activity is logged and auditable.
- Contribute to the risk tiering of third parties and assist in ongoing monitoring.
- Support remediation of risk findings and track action plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Procurement Legal Compliance Information Security and Data Privacy.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline TPRM processes and tools.
Qualifications :
Specialist skills and experience
- Experience in third party risk management vendor risk compliance or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience using a digital TPRM platform (Aravo experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance obligations (e.g. anti-bribery GDPR ESG including human rights).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing.
Competencies/behaviours
- Detail-oriented and accurate with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
- Curious and proactive with the ability to investigate and problem-solve.
- Collaborative team player able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a developing evolving function.
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Motivated self-starter able to work autonomously when needed.
