Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) Up to 28000 Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced and nurturing Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and welcoming team in a bright purpose-built nursery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who wants to make a real difference in childrens early years while enjoying excellent support development opportunities and a friendly working environment.

The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 05 years. Working in a spacious setting you will help create a safe stimulating and supportive environment where every child can thrive.

What Were Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
A caring patient and approachable nature
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing inclusive and supportive childcare

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework

Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding and child welfare policies are always followed
Contribute to maintaining a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Observe record and assess childrens progress to support their individual needs
