Job Summary

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday to Friday PST Flexible during clients business hours (with a one-hour unpaid break)

Total weekly hours: 40 hours

The company is a luxury events studio that moves like a high-end housedesigning with intent executing with precision and protecting the brand at every touchpoint. Systems and processes arent just administrative taskstheyre the product that enables white-glove experiences at scale.


Our client is seeking a Senior Operator two levels above a traditional Executive Assistantsomeone who combines Chief-of-Staff strategy with Operations rigor. This leader will architect the operating system for the studio create clarity and cadence around decision-making and ensure all work is delivered on time on budget and on brand.

The ideal candidate is an equal blend of strategic partner and organizational architect raising the bar for how information flows how teams align and how clients experience the companys standard of excellence.


Requirements
  • 610 years of experience in operations or program management supporting senior executives (ideally in events production hospitality agency or luxury sectors)

  • Exceptional communication skills concise briefs clear writing and strong stakeholder alignment

  • Financial fluency: ability to manage budgets invoices AR/AP and interpret P&L statements

  • Composed under pressure; solution-oriented; high ownership and standards; impeccable taste
