- Translate features into detailed requirements and final product development for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customers team members and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and development needs.
- Author user stories acceptance criteria and ensure delivered product increments meet definition of done.
- Ensure that story content and a metrics-based prioritization methods are aligned to larger strategic objectives.
- Manage overall execution to ensure requirement and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to product management program management and stakeholders.
- Be the high-availability resource for technical team on a day-to-day basis.
- Attend Scrum events and lead grooming sessions.
- Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to leadership and down to the development team.
- Identify blockers that will impact timeline scope cost or other project variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
- 5 years of direct Product Manager or Product Owner experience;
- Demonstrable experience with full scope of product owner responsibilities.
- Background in any of the following: enterprise application software B2B products data science/analytic products or reporting software.
- In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and current Agile product management practices.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to set priorities based on alignment with business goals and strategic direction define timelines and deliver to commitments.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools like JIRA or equivalent.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% to understand field users needs and requirements.
- Ability to quickly understand and document business processes and elicit information from others.
- Passion for driving change and improving software delivery practices.
- Advanced certification in any Agile or Scaling framework is a plus

Required Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4 years of relevant experience in System Admin. Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Veeam VMware Windows and Linux. Strong knowledge of Active Directory management and configuration. Experience with Fortinet products and network security practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
