Reporting to the Experience Owner Manager this role is central in protecting the integrity of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes while driving automation and improvements to uplift customer experience.
Key accountabilities include:
1.) Process ownership and transformation(primary focus of this role)
Developing end-to-end value chains driving standard work and strategic process design
Engaging with teams across the value chain including Sales and Marketing Maritime and Commercial Risk Governance Functional Integrity other Service Delivery Leads (SDLs) in GBS and Technology to gather input into the design of end-to-end O2C processes.
Translating stakeholder inputs into technical process designs to guide the transition from current state O2C processes to a future state that enables streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Leading governance work related to process changes and knowledge management within the O2C framework.
2.)Delivering customer value and productivity through an improvement pipeline of initiatives
Acting as a transformation agent for process re-engineering automation cash prioritization and advancing the Outbound digital roadmap.
Supporting the prioritization of initiatives that align with overall business priorities customer strategies and the Outbound digital roadmap.
Quantifying benefits to support value cases and benefits realization for O2C transformation initiatives.
Partnering with Technology and collaborating with cross-functional teams on project planning progress tracking change management and timeline management.
3.) Driving collaboration
Facilitating collaboration across the end-to-end value chain through influence and connection with key partners and customers leveraging the BHP Operating System (BOS)
Connecting influencing and engaging stakeholders for alignment on strategic initiatives.
Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective collaboration across the value chain.
Applying business context and risk management expertise to contribute to the O2C teams overall performance and success.
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and pain points in areas such as Sales Operations Maritime Operations and Credit and Market Risk.
Proven track record in process improvement driving standard work and understanding of the governance risk & control universe in Commercial Outbound.
Passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation (digital savvy!).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills enabling you to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Commercial acumen and financial literacy allowing you to articulate commercial positions to internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to prioritize customer value and drive improvements through innovation process re-engineering and automation.
