Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join a luxury property group based in Stellenbosch. This hybrid position requires remote working with one day a week in-office attendance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic financial guidance to support growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full financial function including budgeting forecasting and reporting
Manage cash flow financial analysis and risk management
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry regulations
Provide strategic input to senior leadership and contribute to business growth initiatives
Supervise and mentor finance team members
Liaise with auditors tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
Relevant finance degree or professional qualification (e.g. CA(SA) CIMA ACCA)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management role
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical strategic and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
