Duties and Responsibilities:
Were seeking a CRO Manager to own the critical bridge between traffic and conversiondeveloping high-performing offers and landing pages that turn visitors into customers.
Youll be a data-driven growth scientist who generates hypotheses about offer structures runs lean tests interprets results and scales winners quickly. Youll be responsible for testing and scaling different offer typesfrom 2-product bundles to single-product offers to gift-with-purchase and beyondalways seeking the optimal balance of AOV CAC and LTV.
You must be AI-native: fluent in using Claude Projects custom GPTs and other LLM-powered workflows as your creative and copywriting partner. Initially youll leverage AI to accelerate research and content creation with the goal of eventually hiring and managing an in-house copywriter to scale our content production.
This is a highly autonomous role where youll own the entire post-click experience. Youll work closely with our in-house designer and developer to rapidly build and test landing pages collaborate with our Creative Strategist on ad-to-page congruence and report directly to the CMO on strategy and results. The offer development testing methodology and conversion optimization will be yours to own.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and test hypotheses for multiple offer types: 2-product bundles single-product offers gift-with-purchase tiered discounts and other innovative structures
- Design and rapidly test offer variations using scientific methodologyforming hypotheses running controlled tests analyzing results and scaling winners
- Write long-form story-driven landing pages using AI tools and proven frameworks (advertorial VSL-style problem-agitation-solution)
- Collaborate with in-house designer and developer to rapidly build launch and iterate on landing page tests
- Maintain a high-velocity experimentation cadencerunning multiple offer and page tests simultaneously with clear documentation
- Create templates and SOPs from winning formulas to enable rapid scaling and systematic improvement
- Partner with AI tools (Claude Projects GPTs) as your primary creative and copywriting partner
- Analyze performance metrics (CVR AOV subscription rate CAC LTV) using a scientific approach to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Creative Strategist to ensure ad creative and landing pages work seamlessly together
- Own the full customer journey from landing page through checkout optimizing every step for conversion
