About Our Client & The Role:
Our client is a fast-growing global company in the digital creative and advertising industry well-known for delivering impactful short-form video content and brand campaigns for international markets. They are currently looking for a Senior Art Director to join their creative studio based in Ho Chi Minh City.
As a Senior Art Director you will lead the creative direction across multiple projects ensuring all visual outputs align with brand identity and client objectives. You will collaborate closely with international teams mentor designers and help elevate the overall quality of the studio s creative delivery.
This role requires a strong foundation in branding campaign ideation and motion/digital design combined with the ability to lead inspire and bring strategic thinking into execution. You ll also play a vital role in maintaining creative consistency identifying design trends and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Technical skills:
Minimum 5 7 years of experience as a Senior Art Director or Art Director in creative agencies or similar environments
Strong background in branding visual identity and digital/motion design
Skilled in concept development typography color systems and composition
Familiar with international branding and advertising trends
Experience across a variety of media formats (short-form video campaign assets digital platforms)
Strong leadership & mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
Business-level communication skills in English (additional languages like German Korean Chinese are a plus)
Ability to guide and inspire teams toward high-quality creative outcomes
Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Solid knowledge of major digital platforms and social media ecosystems
