Inside Sales Advisor Online Training

Registrar Corp is actively seeking a motivated scrappy Inside Sales Advisor to join our Online Training and Workforce Solutions sales team. Our courses are developed by industry experts and have a 5-star rating. As an inside sales advisor you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle through inbound leads and outbound sales calls to prospects and clients
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting
- Develop and maintaina working knowledge of our online training offerings to determine which training is right for the client
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales leadership
Required Skills/Abilities
- Sales Acumen: Ability to source identify and develop new sales; skill in conducting outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement
- Consultative Focus: Experience nurturing opportunities from start to close; ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
- Drive to Succeed: Positive attitude high energy spirit and the motivation to make 50-60 calls/emails per day
- Excellent Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication
Education and Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience of insides sales of services or software
- Proven track record of making/exceeding sales quota
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
