We want to expand our dynamic team with a Executive Director Client Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Principal focus on growing existing clients against stated growth targets;
  • Works with CEO to implement effective incentive plans for Client Partnerships team
  • Performs regular strategic business reviews with key clients;
  • Mentors and develops Managers Client Partnerships in best practices to engage clients and grow accounts;
  • Provides strategic insight as a senior member of the MCE team;
  • Collaborates with Client Partnerships team around new growth opportunities that align with client needs and our capabilities;
  • Oversees the development implementation and presentation of Strategic Key Account Plans by Client Partnerships team;
  • Oversees department activities to ensure delivery of innovative MedComms solutions to our clients;
  • Meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets; including monthly achievement of the departments KPIs;
  • Collaborates with team to develop a strategic plan for department performance training and talent development;
  • Manages departmental budget and identifies areas of efficiency and of concern;
  • Reinforces behaviors that are aligned with our core values.


Time Allocation


  • Business development with existing clients (80%)
  • Personnel management and administrative responsibilities (15%)
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities as contributing member of Management Team (5%)


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in a Medical Communications agency required (client facing)
  • Excellent understanding of Medical Communications deliverables for Medical Affairs clients
  • Accurate and detail-oriented working style with a high degree of integrity tact and confidentiality
  • Willing to travel to client meetings and medical congresses
  • Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools preferred
