Scale Operations: Architect and lead the processes that will take SI from $30M to $100M in revenue with sustainable margins.
Process Champion: Build repeatable efficient systems that allow for rapid scaling without losing agility or culture.
Technology-Forward Leadership: Drive adoption of tools and innovations that keep SI at the forefront of the industry.
Manufacturing Mastery: Optimize multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations for both domestic and international facilities.
ERP Expertise: Oversee and guide multiple NetSuite implementations and optimizations ensuring finance operations sales and manufacturing systems are seamlessly integrated.
Culture & People: Lead with energy and vision supporting a culture that values innovation collaboration and fun.
Who You Are
A proven COO VP of Operations or senior operator who has successfully scaled a business into the $100M range.
Deeply process-focused with a passion for building scalable systems.
Experienced with multiple NetSuite implementations in manufacturing environments.
Strategic yet hands-on: youre as comfortable in the boardroom as you are walking the factory floor.
A natural innovatorsomeone who embraces technology and loves bringing new ideas to life.
Collaborative humble and driven: you know how to lead with both vision and execution.
