Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Nitex a leading company in the Apparel & Fashion industry. As a Live Chat Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat
  • Assist customers with order placement tracking and returns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with live chat software or CRM systems is a plus
