Environmental Service Attendant (Housekeeper)

Position: Housekeeper

Wage: $22.48

Schedule: Minimum availability - 2 days a week (days afternoon night) and alternate weekends. 

Location: Victoria Hospital and University Hospital

Police Record Check - Final Copy 
Complete Immunization Records (Measles Mumps Rubella Varicella Hepatitis A and B Diphtheria Tetanus Polio TB Skin Tests - Steps 1 and 2)

We are looking for an Environmental Service Attendant 1 to join our dynamic team. This position is a CASUAL Role. You will be offered is a great team environment work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

• As a valued member of our housekeeping team you provide exceptional cleaning and sanitation services that contribute directly to patient safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Thoroughly cleaning rooms washrooms hallways windows carpets and high-touch surfaces
• Maintaining cleanliness of light fixtures furniture vents and mattresses
• Making and changing beds
• Dusting mopping vacuuming and polishing floors
• Replenishing hygiene supplies
• Emptying garbage and biohazard containers
• Setting up furniture and performing minor repairs or reporting maintenance needs
• Adhering strictly to infection prevention safety and healthcare standards
• Working closely with fellow team members and hospital staff to ensure timely service
