Job Summary

MasterTech is on the search for a licensed Millwright Maintenance Supervisor in Hamilton ON.

We need a licensed 433A Millwright. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 Millwrights and Electricians in an industrial environment. Supervisory and hands on work is required.

Compensation:

$46.00/hour to start. Raises available based on performance thereafter.

Schedule:

Day Shift 2:30pm to 11:30pm; (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.

Key Qualifications:

10 years of experience as a Licensed 433A Millwright.
Leadership experience including overseeing scheduling training safety etc.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics diagrams etc.
Sound understanding of conveyors pumps granulators pneumatics hydraulics and working knowledge of industrial tools.
Experience with MIG TIG and Arc welding.
Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures preventative maintenance schedules basic documentation and proper safety techniques.
Proven ability to maintain internal and regulatory policies procedures and requirements.
