We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Spring Hill Australia. As the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial success.
- Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets including restaurant/bar and banquet operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Create and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality presentation and service
- Oversee menu planning pricing and cost control measures
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence and innovation
- Manage inventory budgeting and financial reporting for the F&B department
- Recruit train and mentor F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene regulations
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in F&B management
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisive decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as required
