Regional Sales Leader – Mobile Mortgage Brokers

Lead from the front as you inspire coach and grow a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to deliver outstanding results. Youll develop graduate brokers through hands-on training and mentoring driving performance while shaping their long-term success. Alongside leading the team youll influence recruitment planning and partnerships to elevate both customer experience and business outcomes.

What youll do

• Lead & inspire: Manage mentor and motivate a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Grow talent: Develop our graduate brokers through structured training and hands-on coaching guiding them along our skills development pathway.
• Drive performance: Consistently deliver results by setting clear goals providing ongoing feedback and building a culture of accountability and success.
• Shape the future: Play an active role in team planning operational rhythms and recruitmenthelping us expand and strengthen our broker network.
• Champion technology: Promote and embed the use of the Aussie Platform to elevate customer experience and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate & connect: Build strong relationships across the business working closely with internal teams (Salesforce Customer Experience UX) and external lender partners.

Qualifications :

What youll bring

• Proven hands-on experience in mortgage broking and sales leadership.
• A strong track record of developing and leading high-performing mortgage brokers/home loan lenders.
• The ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.
• A genuine passion for coaching mentoring and growing people.
