Job Summary
Were on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant dining outlet at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel. If youre a natural leader with a love for great food outstanding service and building strong motivated teams this role is for you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
- Monitor budgets labour costs and drive revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service delivery
- Uphold compliance with health safety and liquor licensing requirements
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
- Solid understanding of stock control rostering and service standards
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
