Your Role:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be a key player in the success of our restaurant. Youll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible.

Qualifications :

• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate train and develop your team.

• Strong communication skills can give clear instructions and feedback.

• A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves inspiring teams with a hands on approach.

• Knowledge of fast-food service standards and workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills to can handle issues quickly and effectively.

• Experience with inventory management rostering and stock control.

• You are customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for your guests.

• Ability to analyze sales reports control costs and hit companys KPIs.

• Experience managing labor costs food costs and profitability.

• Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
