Our client is a large ACT Government Organisation who are seeking Organisational Change Manager to join their team.
The Organisational Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving successful organisational change for the creation of Digital Canberra. You will be working closely with the Senior Executive to ensure that the transition is smooth strategic and support both operational continuity and staff wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake strategic change planning and execute the plan. This includes the development of the change management strategies tailored to the scope and impact of the change as it proceeds over time and ensure alignment of activities within the broader government context.
- Engage with Digital Canberra Executive and staff as well as government stakeholders to assess the impact of structural functional and reporting line changes and identify gaps in business process. This includes supporting their augmentation or creation where processes do not exist.
- Lead the communication efforts to ensure that staff and stakeholders understand the nature timing and implications of the changes in order to reduce uncertainty and clarify arrangements where necessary.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience managing change in a complex organisational environment.
- Relevant tertiary education in Business Organisational Psychology Change Management or related field.
- Experience in organisational change management and/or relevant industry certification
