Job Summary
Were assembling a passionate powerhouse team to bring Cibaria Noosa to life from the ground up and were looking for chefs of all levels to be part of the opening crew.

Recruitment Details: Sydney-based chefs are invited to join us at our open day in Manly on either October 8 or 9 9:0011:30am. Once you apply well send you all the details you need to join us. Applicants from Noosa local area and all other locations will be recruited via 1:1 in-person interviews.

Qualifications :
Essential Requirements:
Full Australian working rights
Fluent English communication
13 years experience in a similar role or relevant hospitality studies
Composure under pressure and a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and professional grooming
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Formal hospitality qualifications
Food Safety Supervisor certification
Skills in fresh pasta pastry woodfire cooking and butchery
Proficiency in Italian cuisine
Experience with venue openings
