Job Title: Application Developer SAP BTP

We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Developer to join our Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a key project for a valued client. This role offers a dynamic environment to design build and configure innovative applications that meet business process and application requirements.

Job Description:

As an Application Developer you will play a critical role in designing building and configuring applications to meet business needs. You will be responsible for leading your team collaborating with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development and advanced knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite along with other SAP technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions while mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Key Expertise:

• Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development is required.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite is recommended.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Administration SAP BTP API Management SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP/4 HANA Cloud Platform is suggested.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Experience in conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance and reliability.

Additional Requirements:

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance.

This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.

Must be willing to work from Accenture/client office in Ballarat 4-5 days per week
