Job Summary
What you will be doing:
Provision of friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets the guests expectations.
Your daily mission will include:
- Perform the tasks of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
- Taking orders ensure following sequence of service to a 5 star standard.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy by following a hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Take responsibility for your designated area / section and station.
- Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
Qualifications :
Your experience skills and qualifications include:
You will ideally have previous experience as a food & beverage server. A la carte service bar and banquets and events experience are valued however not addition:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Hold a valid RSA in South Australia
- The ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
