The Campus Support Coordinator serves as a pivotal partner to campus leadership ensuring operational effectiveness strategic alignment and the seamless execution of administrative functions. This role supports campus leadership through exceptional organizational communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth campus operations including managing correspondence official documents and confidential records.
- Design implement and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop compile and analyze operational and statistical reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate complex scheduling meetings and events aligned with strategic goals.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives departmental projects and enterprise priorities.
- Oversee coordination with vendors contractors and service providers to ensure operational continuity.
- Responsible for contracting Visiting Faculty.
- Serves as the Campus Incident Commander.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma Required
- 3 years of customer service operations support or related experience Required
- Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends
- High level of interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively
- PC skills in Microsoft Office internet applications and database Experience with Student Information Systems a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $28.18. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
