Job Description

Position : Assistant Manager Catalog Operation Management

What you will do:

  • Investigate and Analyze: Receive and review escalated customer complaints meticulously analyzing the reported product information inaccuracies.
  • Data Verification: Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g. product management engineering marketing) to cross-reference product databases specifications website content or other published materials to validate the reported discrepancies.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose whether the information issue stems from a data entry error outdated content a communication breakdown or other systemic problems.
  • Correction & Implementation: Recommend and coordinate specific corrective actions to update and standardize product information across all platforms ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Communication & Follow-up: Provide regular updates on the investigation progress and final resolution to the customer service team or directly to the customer and track the status of the complaint until it is fully resolved.
  • Process Improvement: Document and analyze recurring information issues and propose recommendations to management to prevent similar complaints in the future.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in program/project/process management or business operations preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • English speaking and writing skills are a must.
  • Highly analytical detail-oriented strong business sense and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment Excel skills
  • Ability to gather analyze and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation
  • Strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of people management experience.
  • SQL or other data-building experience is a strong plus.
