Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounting and Tax Senior Supervisor to join our team in Kağıthane. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a meticulous approach to financial operations and a deep understanding of accounting and tax regulations. If you have a solid background in accounting and are ready to take on a leadership role within our dynamic finance department we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cash flows ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient fund utilization.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) performance to drive timely cash application and collections.
- Lead the development and management of accounts payable (AP) payment plans to maintain efficient cash outflows.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of all journal tax and adjustment entries with proficiency in both IFRS and US GAAP.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process and collaborate with external accounting providers on various financial projects.
Qualifications :
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in tax and accounting.
- Education: Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2/C1).
- Commitment: The ability to work from our Kağıthane office 2-3 days per week.
