About the Role:

As a Customer Support youll be the first point of contact for clients ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional. With your strong communication skills patience and problem-solving mindset youll help customers worldwide enjoy a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to customers through phone email and chat on inquiries issues and general support requests
Guide users with clear accurate information about services and products
Handle updates changes or issue resolution promptly and professionally
Keep organized and detailed records of customer interactions to ensure consistent service quality
Stay up to date with company policies procedures and product updates to provide reliable support
Collaborate with colleagues and share feedback to continuously improve support processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C1 level)
Proficiency in English (B1 level)
Turkish Citizenship
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
