You will be the leader and expert in driving our biggest franchise Abeille Royale in Skin Care and Make-up category reporting directly to the Regional Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will drive your axis in APAC while guaranteeing the companys strategy & brand image. You will be responsible to support regional product strategy development forecasts budget product assortment competitive positioning communication angles and trade animations. You will deliver operational support to the APAC Travel Retail and regional guidance to local teams as well as reporting to HQ teams. You will be assisted by a marketing executive overseeing festival animations (e.g. CNY EID Xmas) reporting to you.
MAIN MISSIONS
Category Ownership & Management
Support in adaptation of HQ business and product strategies for APAC context to achieve business KPIS. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing team lead and Fragrance category manager to orchestrate consistent 3-axis product strategies in APAC.
Supporting the annual marketing calendars alignment with HQ and APAC for synergies.
Regional recommendations for novelty forecasts and supervision of the whole forecast process at regional level and with the markets.
Definition of the assortment per zone (Travel Retail & Local Markets) and follow-up with Supply and local teams.
Communication of new marketing launches updates novelty performances Trade & visual plans visual & video adaptation and their subsequent action plans to the operational teams.
Collaborate with regional function counterparts to guide and validate launch plans monitor execution and results.
Responsible for budget and follow-up of samples GWP & Merchandising expenses product assortment in/out listing while providing guidance to the local teams.
Responsible for novelty pricing liaison with HQ Pricing teams APAC TR & LM markets for make-up & festival new products.
Lead regional production of Marketing levers as local market & travel retail launch support (eg retailtainment activities leaflets retailer booklets visuals local sets).
Preparation and support Retailer presentations 2/yearly
Regular product marketing and category insights to support innovation strategies.
Competitor monitoring and analysis
Reports & Analyses
Weekly: HQ newsletters Competition newsletters.
Monthly: HQ Sell-out reports and newsletters for both Travel Retail and Local Markets Ad-hoc post-launch reports.
Quarterly: Beaute Research competition reports and analyses.
2x per year: Budget preparation.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Function
Collaborate with APAC Visual Merchandising team on planograms and franchise priorities as well as guidance for Trade podium designs.
Guide and develop monthly visuals and POS films including Chinese adaptations for Travel Retail.
Collaborate with Customer Marketing Function
Collaborate with the Regional Consumer Marketing teams to ensure consistent product strategies and holistic launch campaign across all consumer engagement activities from visual guidance eventing VM PR communications E-business etc
Reporting Line
Report to Senior Product Marketing Manager (3-Axis) for APAC TR & APAC
Supervision of a marketing executive on Festival animation.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum Bachelors Degree in business management.
Fluent in English
Reading and written Mandarin is required.
Excellent Microsoft Windows skills (Outlook Excel & PowerPoint).
Sensitive to data
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Beauty industry luxury retail experience is preferrable
