Job Summary
We seek an experienced professional with solid experience in managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions with a particular focus on hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Ensure the secure and efficient administration of identities and access contributing to the continuity and security of the organizations critical authentication and authorization services.
- Administer and support on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Manage identity synchronization through Azure AD Connect
- Implement and maintain Conditional Access MFA and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) policies
- Support and optimize the identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
- Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and Graph API
- Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to define access and control policies
- Ensure compliance with security and audit standards
- Document IAM processes procedures and configurations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in administering Active Directory (on-prem) and Entra ID / Azure AD
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos SAML OAuth2 OpenID Connect)
- Experience in configuring and managing Azure AD Connect
- Proficiency in PowerShell for task automation
- Familiarity with Conditional Access MFA and PIM policies
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Intune and identity integration
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust) is a plus
Additional Considerations:
- Microsoft certifications such as SC-300 AZ-104 or SC-900
- Experience in medium to large hybrid environments
- Strong analytical skills problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
