SAP Source to Pay Expert

We are looking for an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to drive complex global S/4HANA transformation this role you will act as the trusted advisor to our clients ensuring end-to-end delivery of S2P solutions that align with business goals compliance requirements and industry best practices. You will lead functional teams influence stakeholders at all levels and play a critical role in shaping procurement and supply chain transformation journeys.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design implementation and optimization of S/4HANA S2P processes across global business units.
•  Drive workshops with senior business stakeholders to define requirements map processes and align with best practices.
• Translate complex business needs into robust SAP solutions covering Procurement Supplier Management Invoicing and Contract Management.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA adoption integration and roadmap planning for S2P.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams ensuring high-quality project delivery within time and budget.
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design system integration and data migration.
• Ensure solutions meet GxP / regulatory compliance standards (particularly in Life Sciences or highly regulated environments).
•  Act as escalation point for problem resolution and critical design decisions.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on S/4HANA S2P processes.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle global SAP implementations and rollouts.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM and related modules (e.g. Ariba Fieldglass VIM SRM).
• Proven experience with HP ALM 
• Experience with Data Migration of S2P Objects (E.g. Contracts Open PO Purchase Info Records)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability combined with strategic thinking.
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry (obligatory).
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
