Ensure content accuracy and integrity particularly when discussing complex data processes or migration solutions.
Campaign & Content Execution
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with service launches platform updates and sales goals.
Content Creation: Write/edit SEO-optimised blog posts platform copy solution descriptions email campaigns and social media content (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok).
Social Media: Oversee organic social content and strategy focusing on channels that drive professional engagement and brand authority.
Performance Data & Analytics
Google Search Console (GSC): Utilize GSC and other web analytics tools to actively monitor content performance identify SEO opportunities and inform strategic content adjustments.
Performance Reporting: Analyse brand metric data (traffic search rankings referral metrics social engagement) to evaluate content and service performance vs. targets providing actionable data-backed insights to the broader team.
Oversee the community management of all brand social media channels ensuring professional and accurate responses to public commentary and direct inquiries.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualifications in Communications Journalism Marketing Data Science or a related field from a well-known institution.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in writing and editing content across various digital formats (e.g. web email professional articles) with a strong focus on technical clarity SEO and audience engagement.
Demonstrable knowledge of data principles including data structures content migration challenges data governance or digital asset management.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Direct experience utilizing Google Search Console for detailed content performance analysis keyword gap identification and technical SEO monitoring.
Digital services data migration SaaS or B2B technology industry experience preferred.
High level of proficiency with creative copywriting specifically turning complex technical concepts into clear engaging and authoritative content.
High level of proficiency with social media channels (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok etc.) and proven experience creating engaging social media content including design video and copy.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software is preferred.
