Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 2:00 PM Central Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital trends excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create schedule and publish high-quality content across platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others.
Monitor and respond to comments messages and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Track analyze and report on performance metrics to guide content optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.
Collaborate with the internal team to align social media campaigns with business goals and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of major platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent writing editing and visual storytelling skills.
Basic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva Adobe tools or similar) are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
