Job Title: Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 2:00 PM Central Time


About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital trends excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create schedule and publish high-quality content across platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others.

  • Monitor and respond to comments messages and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track analyze and report on performance metrics to guide content optimization.

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to align social media campaigns with business goals and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of major platforms and their respective best practices.

  • Excellent writing editing and visual storytelling skills.

  • Basic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva Adobe tools or similar) are a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
