THIS ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Analyst to support our team. This role involves maintaining compliance documentation tracking regulatory changes and assisting with both routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain the compliance knowledge repository including regulatory updates
- Understand and track applicable Acts Regulations Notices Circulars etc.
- Monitor work items and monthly calls
- Draft compliance checklists reports and meeting minutes
- Maintain compliance registers
- Draft and manage onboarding packs and compliance documents
- Support general and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- At least 12 years of experience in a compliance legal regulatory or administrative support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
