1. **Team Management:**
- Supervise and lead a team of store staff including baristas and cashier personnel.
- Create work schedules assign tasks and provide training to new employees.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.
3. **Store Operations:**
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
- Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
4. **Sales and Marketing:**
- Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
5. **Quality Control:**
- Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Teas quality and presentation standards.
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients equipment and finished products.
6. **Health and Safety Compliance:**
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiasm for the Kenangan Coffee and its products.
