Role description:

As part of Project and Program Management team youll help deliver some of the biggest most iconic project imaginable with some of the best talent around. With your energy agility and a keen eye for detail youll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday
Role accountabilities:
- Work within established procedures and systems to deliver outputs track budgets and highlight variances to ensure project delivery targets are met.
- Manage or assist in delivering small to medium-sized projects or programs optimizing resources to achieve scope and deadlines.
- Present risks or issues to senior managers ensuring compliance with standards and minimizing project impacts
- Analyze and review data to identify trends and provide recommendations to support informed project decision-making
- Review processes and policies offering advice to improve systems and support management in enhancing operational practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors ensuring alignment communication and awareness of project progress and expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project and program management preferably within multinational companies or in US UK EU AUS projects. With at least 7 years in managing and leading a team in delivering large and complex multi-disciplinary projects and or programs.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering Architecture Project Management Construction Management etc.) masters degree an advantage
- Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification or chartered status (RICS APM PMP PRINCE2 etc.)
- Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI APM Agile etc.)
- Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
