- Check visa application documents for accuracy and completeness
- Identify any issues with visa application documents
- Provide guidance on how to fix any issues with documents
- Process email and paperwork for visa applications
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Must have prior experience handling Australian visas
- Experience in administrative work
- Strong attention to detail
