Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive study and evaluation of existing pavement structure to determine the appropriate improvement/upgrading that are technically and economically justified.
Assess alternative pavement structures based on: Whole-of-life costs Capital costs and Ability to handle settlement.
Follow AASHTO Guide for Design of Pavement Structures.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in civil engineering (required)
Masters degree in Transportation Engineering Pavement Engineering or related field (preferred)
Experienced as Sr. Road/Pavement Engineer or equivalent or higher capacity in the feasibility study of preferably 1 road project
Preferably with experience as Road/Pavement Engineer with international consulting firm or international organization/agency or international financing institution involving preferably 1 road infrastructure project
Attendance to trainings relevant to the assignment or position
Experience of at least 7 years in consulting services of any road infrastructure projects
