You will lead and support the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise guide and motivate Room Attendants to ensure efficient and high-quality room cleaning.
Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Coordinate daily room assignments and monitor progress.
Ensure adherence to health safety and hygiene standards.
Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth operations.
Uphold Accors sustainability and environmental practices in daily tasks.
