Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic Reporting team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI coupled with a deep understanding of data analytics data storytelling and automation. This role will support business decisions by delivering actionable insights through dashboards reports and advanced data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel techniques (Power Query Pivot Tables VBA/macros preferred).
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to provide actionable business insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Drive automation and efficiency in existing reporting processes.
- Act as the go-to expert for all reporting-related queries within the team.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Information Systems or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in reporting data analysis or BI development role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (including formulas pivot tables Power Query and VBA/macros).
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI including DAX Power Query data modeling and publishing dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage.
