Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)

  • Flexible during client business hours

  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (AEST)


Scope:

  • Minimum 20 hours per week commitment (part-time or full-time available)

  • Direct reporting to business owners (Charles and his father)

  • Full ownership of paid advertising strategy and execution

  • Integration as core team member rather than external contractor

  • Focus on Australian market particularly Brisbane and surrounding areas

  • Expansion opportunity to manage campaigns for new product lines (security cameras permanent poles)


Responsibilities:
  • Audit and analyze existing Google Ads account setup and performance

  • Rebuild and optimize Google Ads campaigns for temporary power poles and portaloo services

  • Develop separate campaign strategies for construction and events market segments

  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to prevent overspending while maximizing results

  • Track and report on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ROI metrics

  • Collaborate directly with business owners on advertising strategy and execution

  • Integrate with existing team communication systems and processes



Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated ROI results

  • Experience in B2B service industries preferably construction or events

  • Strong analytical skills for budget management and performance optimization

  • Ability to work independently while being part of a small team

  • Experience with campaign auditing and account restructuring

  • Knowledge of local search optimization and Google Maps integration
