Job Summary

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented AP and AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and other accounting transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and capable of handling AP and AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Process and Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Record monitor and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Conduct bank reconciliation or monthly reconciliation.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on AP & AR.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
Excellent attention to detail organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on-site in San Pedro City Laguna (Night Shift).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
