Trading 2ICShopfloor Team Member The Warehouse, Richmond

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. 

As the Trading 2IC you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shop floor related. Your role will also encourage you to actively promote a safe environment and ensure all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly.

If your store contains an online fulfillment function you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability. 

As a valued member of Shopfloor team you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience.

You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done on time without compromising service standards. You understand that success is a team effort whether its collecting trolleys from the car park restocking shelves cleaning areas of the store ticketing products or providing excellent customer service.

Hours of work are:

• Trading 2IC - Sunday and Mondays: 7am - 3:30pm
• Shopfloor - Tuesdays to Thursdays: 8:00 - 1:00pm

Applicants must be available for all hours advertised above. 

Qualifications :

Ideally you will have: 

• Proven retail experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A positive can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake some heavy lifting climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
