About the Job
- Rotating 10hr shifts 4 days per week morning/afternoon
- Coordinate and execute all facets of the shift (people /product /productivity)
- Ensure safety and compliance (Worksafe RMP MPI RACA PIPS and NZCS)
- Supervise a small team (roster coach and motivate)
- Communicate clearly with team customer operations and Warehouse Supervisor
- Driving a safe customer focused and performance-based culture delivering quantifiable results in a time sensitive relative industry.
About You
- You already have the right to work in New Zealand
- Experience within AIR/SEA Forwarding of perishables is a must!
- Knowledge in RMP MPI RACA NZCS and employee legislation
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure
- Strong people and performance management skills
- Clear interpersonal written and verbal communicator
